If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in the price shown under the product.
For Non European Union Countries the Tax is taken off at the checkout , so in actual fact ,you will pay less than the amount shown under the product.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption, via a secure server and provides the Golden padlock symbol, so you can be confident your card details are safe. When you pay Via PROTX (who are a payment service provider - http://www.protx.com ) they take your payment on our behalf , so we do not have any of your cards details on file, so we are unable to make any further debits from your card if, for instance you wanted to add an item onto your order. You would need to contact us again with your card details or place a seperate order. We accept payment by PAYPAL, SWITCH, SOLO, MASTERCARD, VISA, AND VISA ELECTRON and MAESTRO.
Guarantee
All clothing / equipment are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase, subject to normal use for the product and a receipt shown with the date of purchase. The parts which are defected will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Sticks, Shafts, Blades
Due to the nature of the sport, these items are not guaranteed and can last minutes, weeks or months. An unbreakable stick, shaft and blade would not be allowed within the rules of the various sports.
Skateboarding Equipment
Skateboard decks and Trucks are not guaranteed due to the extreme nature of the sport.
Skate wheels, bearings and aggressive frames are wear and tear items, and as such are not guaranteed.
