HOCKEY PANTS SIZING INFORMATION
Ice hockey pants, or roller hockey girdles, should protect the area from your abdomin to the top of your knee area. They are designed to fill the gap between the bottom of your shoulder pads and the top of your shin guards. Ice hockey pants should fit with enough room to allow a full range of motion. They should be long enough to overlap with the top of your shinguard. Most hockey pants come with a belt that allows them to tightened, but it is suggested that you also wear suspenders to hold them in place.Roller hockey girdles are designed similar to ice hoceky pants. They are designed to provide protection to the same generally area. Roller hockey pants are worn over top of the roller hoceky girdles, therefore the girdles are designed to fit much more snugly that the ice hockey pants.As a general rule you are follow waist sizing when choosing a size in both ice and roller pants.
